FootPro Podiatry was set up by Robert Saunders in 2017 to create a new trustworthy, caring and professional Podiatry service in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.   Having qualified from Brighton University Leaf Hospital with a First Class Honours degree in Podiatry, Robert has worked for many years in private Podiatry clinics across Hertfordshire and North London.  He has also worked in a medium secure Mental Health forensic unit in London, treating high risk patient groups.

Robert is able to offer a large range of services for patients including routine foot care, biomechanical and gait analysis, effective orthotic prescription, diabetic foot assessment, nail surgeries, trigger point massage and manipulation therapy for the foot.  Robert is qualified to provide Local Anaesthetic injections, has a Prescription only medicine certificate, and is fully updated in basic life support and the treatment of anaphylaxis.  These services are available in a clinical setting and on home (domiciliary) visits.

Passionate about his profession, Robert continually develops new skills to ensure he can offer his patients the most up to date, scientific based and successful treatments available. Continually undergoing professional development courses, Robert builds on his knowledge regularly.

Robert is enrolled with the Royal Collage of Podiatry (RCPod), and is a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
